Linda Shively, MPA, HCA, Interim Chief Executive Officer
Preston Thomas, MD, Chief Medical Officer is a graduate of Pontiac Northern High School. He decided to return to his native town after completing his undergraduate degree at Michigan State University and his medical degree at Wayne State University. Dr. Thomas has been practicing preventative and comprehensive medicine since 2003. Prior to joining to OPHS in 2002, he worked at Oakwood Hospital in Southeast Michigan.
Lloyd Kernen, Chief Financial Officer completed his Undergraduate degree in Economics from Oakland University after serving for several years in the US Army. Prior to joining OPHS he worked as an accountant for McDonald Dairy, was President of Dawn Donut Systems and owned and operated his own successful businesses including a retail furniture store and a home building business. He has been with OPHS since 2007 and serves as Chief Financial Officer.
